Prices:
£7 per class, in advance block booking of 5 or 10 classes.
£8 in advance, if paid before 6pm on the day of the class
£9 pay on the door.

If you have suffered from any of the conditions listed, please check with a medical practitioner whether it is suitable for you to undertake an exercise program.

On the next page after submitting this form, please choose your payment option to pay in advance for your class or alternatively we can take payment on the door via contactless card. or swipe. We do not accept cash for security reasons. If this is your only method, then please get in touch.
